National Association for the Abortion of Colored People

The NAACP attacked the Radiance Foundation, and its co-founder Ryan Bomberger, for writing a news article about the civil rights organization’s radical support of abortion and frequent partnerships with Planned Parenthood. The diligently researched news article used the NAACP’s own documentation and parodied the group’s name in light of its resolution supporting the most violent form of discrimination: abortion. Sadly, the NAACP has become the National Association for the Abortion of Colored People.

The multi-million “civil rights” group sued Radiance and Ryan Bomberger, personally, in court. And they lost!!! Radiance and the First Amendment were victorious.
