“ONE. HUMAN. RACE.”
The evil of racism will never be overcome until we stop dividing ourselves. The words of Martin Luther King never fail to stir the soul. His speech, “Where Do We Go From Here” delivered in 1967 to the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) contained words rarely quoted. Race is a human construct that has done more to separate us than to define us. When will our hearts embrace what our heads already know? We’re one human race.
