As Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Radiance Foundation, Bethany’s expertise, passion, and leadership ability help make the vision a reality. For more than a decade Bethany has been an educator–encouraging and empowering others to pursue their life goals. She has spent years teaching in the classroom, coordinating educational programs and working with thousands of children, youth, and adults of all ages. Bethany’s experiences have led her to love and appreciate the uniqueness each individual holds.

Married to her best friend, Ryan, and homeschooling mother of four amazing children, Bethany has experienced, firsthand, the joy of having an emotionally and spiritually healthy family. She and Ryan are adoptive parents and are passionate about advocating for adoption.

Through many of The Radiance Foundation’s collaborative efforts with other pro-life, pro-family, pro-liberty organizations, Bethany is dedicated to illuminating and celebrating the truth that every human life has purpose.
