The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the most overturned Appeals Court in America, issues insane ruling that says biological facts are NOT protected speech. Our books, “She Is She” and “He Is He” are at the center of controversy in Oregon where a licensed clinical social worker — Rod Theis — was, literally, fired for displaying our books behind his desk. While his colleagues could decorate their offices with #BlackLivesMatter, #LGBTQ, anti-ICE and other woke propaganda, his viewpoint — rooted in the very science taught at the schools he served — was discriminated against.
